Our services include (but are not limited to) audio & video upgrades, window tinting & paint protection film, wheels & tires, suspension, exhaust, powder coating & caliper treatment, engine performance & tuning, custom painting & auto-body, and van upfitting for Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

  1. Services & Products
    (a) We provide both services (installation, customization) and products (equipment, upgrades) as described on our Site.
    (b) All orders and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    (c) We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders or bookings at our discretion (for example due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or inability to meet service requirements).
    (d) Clients must ensure any vehicle or asset they bring to us is properly insured and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. We are not responsible for legal compliance of the vehicle beyond the work we perform.
  2. Booking, Payments & Pricing
    (a) Pricing displayed on the Site or quoted is subject to change until confirmed in writing or via email.
    (b) Payment terms will be set out in quotations. A deposit may be required for service bookings.
    (c) All payments must be cleared before pickup or completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    (d) Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by law.
  3. Warranty, Returns & Limitations
    (a) We will honour any product manufacturer warranties as applicable.
    (b) Our work is subject to quality standards, but we cannot guarantee against future wear, damage, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
    (c) You agree to inspect the work and/or product upon delivery/completion and to notify us of any defects within [e.g., 7 or 14] days.
    (d) Except where prohibited by law, our total liability to you for any claim — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services or product giving rise to the claim.
