UPDATE: We've purchased two new cars since my last review. We purchased a 2019 Land Rover (Land Rover Livermore also referred us to Kar Tunz) and brought it in for some minor customizations & a 2020 BMW X5. Ava helped us with the customizations on this car & we couldn't be happier. They also sold the car's original rims & tires for us, which is a great service. Check them out. You won't regret it!
Kar Tunes was referred to me by my service coordinator at Jaguar. I wanted to get some custom work done on my vehicle and called them up for pricing. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful over the phone. I set up an appointment to bring my Jaguar so they could take a look. I was greeted by Ava who is very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. He provided me a quote, went over the pricing and explained the process to me. I decided to paint the calipers on my Jag and had a custom logo put on them as well. Ava and his staff are very professional, pay attention to detail and really took care of my car! I will be having some after market speakers put in my vehicle to upgrade my stereo system in a few weeks because I trust their service and they stand by their work !!
